Dengan mencentang kotak “Saya bersedia menerima email kampanye dari Soonshot.” di soonshot.info/id, Anda mengizinkan Soonshot memproses alamat email Anda untuk tujuan khusus, yaitu mengirimkan komunikasi pemasaran tentang layanan Soonshot kepada Anda.
Persetujuan ini bukan syarat untuk menerima hadiah. Kode hadiah dan email yang memuatnya tetap dikirim, baik Anda mencentang kotak ini maupun tidak. Email berisi kode tersebut adalah komunikasi transaksional yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi permintaan Anda dan tidak bergantung pada persetujuan ini.

Pemrosesan yang dijelaskan dalam dokumen ini didasarkan pada persetujuan yang sah secara eksplisit dari Anda (Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi — UU PDP, Pasal 20 ayat (2) huruf a). Persetujuan Anda direkam secara elektronik dan memiliki kekuatan hukum yang sama dengan persetujuan tertulis (Pasal 22). Pengiriman email berisi kode hadiah memiliki dasar yang berbeda, yaitu untuk memenuhi permintaan yang Anda ajukan (Pasal 20 ayat (2) huruf b).

Kami hanya membagikan alamat email Anda kepada Prosesor Data Pribadi yang melakukan pengiriman atas nama kami, berdasarkan perjanjian, dan tanpa wewenang untuk menggunakan data tersebut bagi kepentingan mereka sendiri:

Transfer ke luar negeri: Soonshot dioperasikan dari Republik Korea. Alamat email Anda disimpan dan diproses di Korea — termasuk di server penyedia infrastruktur cloud kami yang berada di negara tersebut. Data Anda tidak disimpan di negara lain. Korea memiliki undang-undang pelindungan data pribadi (Personal Information Protection Act), dan kami memastikan tingkat pelindungan yang setara atau lebih tinggi daripada yang diatur dalam UU PDP (Pasal 56).
Penarikan tidak dipungut biaya dan mudah dilakukan (Pasal 9). Anda dapat melakukannya kapan saja, tanpa perlu memberikan alasan, melalui salah satu cara berikut:

Komunikasi ini tidak ditujukan kepada anak (di bawah 18 tahun). Pemrosesan Data Pribadi anak memerlukan persetujuan orang tua atau wali (Pasal 25). Jika kami mengetahui bahwa kami telah mengumpulkan email anak tanpa persetujuan tersebut, kami akan menghapus catatannya.
Jika kami mengubah tujuan, cara, jangka waktu, Pengendali, atau pembagian data yang dijelaskan di sini, kami akan memberi tahu Anda terlebih dahulu secara jelas, dan Anda dapat menarik persetujuan jika tidak setuju.

In short: if you tick the consent box, Soonshot may send promotional emails to the address you gave us. Ticking the box is optional — your gift code is sent either way. You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, in one click.
By ticking the box “Saya bersedia menerima email kampanye dari Soonshot.” (“I agree to receive campaign emails from Soonshot.”) on soonshot.info/id, you allow Soonshot to process your email address for the specific purpose of sending you marketing communications about the Soonshot service.
This consent is not a condition for receiving the gift. Your gift code and the email containing it are sent whether or not you tick the box. That email is a transactional message needed to deliver what you asked for, and it does not depend on this consent.

The processing described in this document is based on your explicit, valid consent (Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection — PDP Law, Art. 20(2)(a)). Your consent is recorded electronically and has the same legal force as written consent (Art. 22). Sending the gift code email rests on a separate basis, as it is needed to fulfil the request you made (Art. 20(2)(b)).

International transfer: Soonshot is operated from the Republic of Korea. Your email address is stored and processed in Korea — including on our cloud infrastructure provider's servers, which are located in the country. Your data is not stored in any other country. Korea has a personal data protection law (the Personal Information Protection Act), and we ensure a level of protection equal to or higher than that required by the PDP Law (Art. 56).
Withdrawal is free and straightforward (Art. 9). You can do it at any time, without giving a reason, in any of these ways:
Withdrawal does not invalidate emails sent before it, and it does not affect your gift code or the stickers you already received.

To exercise any of these rights, write to soonshot.help@adgcompany.co.kr. We act on your request within 3 x 24 hours of receiving it. You may also complain to the personal data protection agency established under the PDP Law.
These communications are not directed at children (under 18). Processing a child's personal data requires the consent of a parent or guardian (Art. 25). If we learn that we have collected a child's email address without that consent, we delete the record.
If we change the purpose, form, duration, controller, or sharing described here, we will tell you clearly and in advance, and you may withdraw your consent if you disagree.
